Shopping and Product Care

At Samdisha Bagga, our jewellery  is handmade in India, through different ancient techniques of jewellery making. The jewellery pieces are handmade either in recycled brass and then plated in 24-karat gold or white or in 925 sterling silver, plated with rhodium / 24 karat gold 

Pieces can be made in solid gold on request.

Our jewellery pieces are handcrafted in 925 sterling silver and brass. Like all treasures, it must be handled as such. Sterling silver naturally tarnishes and all plated jewellery does lose a bit of it’s colour over time. However with proper care, the jewellery pieces will remain beautiful for years to come. 

However, we offer a free re-plating service for all our products within one year of purchase.  If you would like to have your piece cleaned or re-plated please email us on [email protected] 

Yes, all our 925 sterling silver pieces are hallmarked by the Bureau of Indian Standards.

Delivery & Shipping

Since it’s a made to order piece, your order will be dispatched within 7-10 working days 

Typically, India orders take approximately 2-4 days to be delivered.

Returns, Repairs & Exchanges

Since our orders are made to order, returns are not possible. But in case if you’ve received a wrong style, we will be happy to return the same on priority.

We do not offer refunds on purchases made on our website, samdishabagga.com. All purchases are final.
